OBITUARY
MRS. HARTSFIELD DIES AT HOME ON WEST WOOD STREET ~1953 (Paris, Tennessee)
Funeral services for Mrs. Charlie Hartsfield, who died Tuesday night at her home, 514 West Wood Street, in Paris, were held this morning at 10:30 o'clock in the chapel of McEvoy Funeral Home. Rites were conducted by the Rev. A.D. Vaden, minister of the Baptist Church, and James Wells, minister of the Church of Christ. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Mrs. Hartsfield, who had spent her entire life in Henry County, was married eight years ago to Charley H. Hartsfield, who survives. She was a Methodist, and was 69.
Survivors, in addition to her husband are two daughters, Mrs. George Baucum, of Paris, and Mrs. Lloyd Hawks of Humboldt; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie B. Henderson, of Louisville, Ky., and Mrs. Lloyd Millstedt, of Fulton, Ky.; two brothers, W.G. Claxton, Paris, Route 4, and George E. Claxton, Depot Street, Paris, and four grandchildren.
