It is believed this photo, labeled  Will Kerr, is William Fletcher Kerr (1837-1903),
son of Francis Bradley Kerr, husband of Pheobe Priscilla Sharp Kerr, and brother
of Louisa Jane Kerr Dancy. The photo was in the same style paper frame and taken by
the same Brownsville photographer, as the accompanying photo of Francis Bradley Kerr.
