I Henry Kerr being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me set of on at any time made. Item 1 It is my will and desire that after my death that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid out of the first money which may come into the hands of my Executors.

Item 2 nd I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Kerr all my house hold and kitchen furniture, also all notes she may have at the time of my death in her possession or account payable to her, the farm being divided from the sale of land obtained from the Estate of her Father James Ford, Deceased, amounting to about ten thousand five hundred Dollars more or less.

Item 3rd All the rest residence and remainder of my property both real and personal of every description I leave unto my said wife Mary Kerr, during her natural life or widowhood, and at her death to be equally divided between her three children, (to wit) James H and John W. Kerr, and Nancy A. Ezell wife of William S. Ezell. But if my said wife Mary Kerr should marry, then I direct that said land property above named be equally divided between her and her three children as above named to have and to hold the same as may be allotted to each respectively forever.

Item 4^th I have given my son William P. Kerr the following property (to wit) one Negro girl named Betsy, also land and other property, and one hundred dollars in each, which he has received all which I allow to be his part of my Estate.

5^th I have given my son Francis B. Kerr, the following property (to wit) one Negro by named John, and land and other property, and one hundred dollars in cash, which he has received all of which I allow to be his part of my Estate.

6^th I have give unto Lucinda Kerr, wife of Ulysses McKenzie, the following property (to wit) one Negro girl named Mary, with other property . and one hundred and Sixty dollars, which she has, been received by her and her children, all of which I allow to be their part of my Estate.

7^th I have given unto Isaac P. Kerr, the following property (to wit) one Negro boy named Manuel and other property, and one hundred dollars in cash which he has received, all of which I allow to be his part of my Estate.

8^th My further will and desire is that my said wife Mary Kerr should at any time during her life time have more property than she wishes to hold, She can divide it equally between her three children.

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint William S. Ezell, Casey Gilbert Esquire, John W. Kelly, Executors.
